As the Engineering Superintendent, you will manage a group of technical engineers to provide plant support and project management for our client's chemical plant in the South Houston area. - Develop and execute improvement projects up to $1 million.
- Manage the project budget and build long-term asset management strategies for the site.
This position offers the 4/10 (Every Friday off) or the 9/80 Schedule (Every other Friday off) making up the hours during the week. The Plant has approximately 170 people and the manager you report to has an excellent reputation for developing his staff. He has worked at this site for 30 years and will be a valuable resource for this position.
