Do you have fixed equipment and mechanical integrity experience in a chemical plant or refinery? If so, this chemical plant has a variety of fixed equipment that provides technical and challenging assignments. You will work on interesting processes and see new technology. The site is revamping its Fixed Equipment Standards and the Mechanical Integrity program so there is a great opportunity to help build these programs.
- Build Mechanical Integrity and engineering standards for Fixed Equipment
- Provide fixed equipment technical guidance and condition assessment
- Conduct RCFA and support TA's
- Develop strategic reliability plans for Fixed Equipment
- Determine repair or replacement of Fixed Equipment and manage replacement projects
- Works with Codes and Standards to make decisions on Fixed Equipment.
- Train and coach inspectors
- Provide mechanical design reviews
